Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Job Specialty: Med SurgJob Duration: 13 weeksShift: 07:00-19:00Guaranteed Hours: To be discussedExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar roleLicense: Active RN licenseCertifications: Epic experience requiredMust-Have:- 2+ years of experience in Med Surg- Active RN license- Epic experience- Strong communication and observational skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentJob Description:- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg unit- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures- Maintain a safe and clean work environment- Participate in patient education and discharge planning- Demonstrate clinical competency in various Med Surg procedures- Float to other units as needed- Scrub colors and dress code to be followed as per facility guidelines
