Additional Information
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is open until filled. Minimum salary $76,373.79, or subject to the promotion policy for internal candidates. Please note: salary may be prorated based on position start date.

Essential Duties
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Software Needs Assessment and Requirements
- Assess user software needs and specify requirements.
- Define projects and tasks from customer requests.
- Communicate with customers to clarify data format requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
- Ability to creatively connect customers business needs with possible solutions.
Project Planning and Execution
- Provide planning, analysis, design, and implementation as it relates to the application or process.
- Integrate software components into an existing systems environment; assess the impact on other systems and work with cross-functional teams within Technology to ensure positive project impact.
- Work with project teams on specific initiatives that involve data movement, translation, or integration development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for special projects, overseeing their planning, execution, and completion on an as needed basis, while ensuring effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
Oversight and Management of Select HCPS Solutions
- Student Access systems and related integrations.
- Student Information collection and related integrations.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate and engage end users in various venues and formats (one on one, group, synchronous and asynchronous).
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to develop effective relationships across the organization.
- Proven track record in a team environment, yet able to function independently.
Documentation and Technical Support
- Ability to author technical documentation and/or business use cases to document and/or justify customer project request with expected outcomes and value.
- Create documentation for future reference, training, and support purposes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues from a technical and user perspective.
General Duties and Other Responsibilities
- Ability to see the big picture as well as strong attention to detail.
- Attends work daily and engaged in job responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
