Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain SAP Master Data Governance processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across customer, vendor, and product BOM data.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of master data, including creation, maintenance, and deletion, in alignment with business requirements and standards.
• Oversee customer and vendor master data management processes, including data migration, cleansing, and validation.
• Ensure integration of customer and vendor data across SAP modules, enhancing data consistency and reliability.
• Administer product BOM structures, ensuring accurate representation of product components and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate changes and updates into SAP BOM data.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain high data quality.
• Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, and operations to address data-related issues and optimize processes.
• Provide expertise and support for SAP Master Data Governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Develop and deliver reports on master data governance metrics, progress, and issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to master data management processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance, with a strong focus on customer, vendor, and product BOM management.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and BOM structures.
• Expertise in SAP modules related to Master Data Governance (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data requirements into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
• Experience with data migration tools, data quality management, and data integration techniques.

Optional:

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other SAP tools related to master data management.
