As a Project Manager II, you'll play a key role in overseeing every aspect of project execution, making sure everything stays on track and on time, following ITI PMO processes. Your focus will be on managing the big picture-scope, schedule, external vendors, and deliverables. You'll also be the main point of communication for the entire team, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. In this role, you'll start by supporting the preparation of detailed and insightful reports designed for both upper management and customers, giving them a clear picture of where projects stand. You'll be involved in projects of moderate complexity, working closely with the team as you get started. As you grow more confident and show your skills, you'll take on more independent responsibilities, with guidance and support along the way.
Experience: Previous Project Manager experience is a customer facing role is a requirement.

Your background must include substantial experience in managing technology projects for external clients, highlighting your proficiency in this sector.
This role necessitates your physical presence at our Fort Wayne office, ensuring direct and efficient communication and project oversight.
A high level of skill in using MS Office Suite, including Visio and MS Project, is required for effective project planning and management.
Demonstrable experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects, showcasing your ability to collaborate and lead diverse groups effectively.
Proven experience in interfacing with executive management and stakeholders, underlining your ability to communicate effectively at the highest levels.
The ability to articulate thoughts and strategies clearly is crucial, as is mastery in various forms of communication.
As a proactive self-starter, you should be an adept problem solver and critical thinker, capable of navigating challenges with innovative solutions.
