The Opportunity

As we continue to grow and scale our ability to provide innovative primary care across the country, One Medical is seeking a Population Health Education Program Manager. As a member of the Medicare Population Health Programs (MPHP) team, you will report directly to the Director, Medicare Population Health Programs, with a dotted line to the Director of Field Learning, Talent and Transformation and Clinical Learning team. This individual will support a number of learning programs in an administrative and strategic capacity, and will also contribute to implementation, facilitation and evaluation of these initiatives. As a cross-functional representative of the Medicare Population Health Programs team, you will be responsible for embodying One Medical's DNA and C-I-CARE, promoting an exceptional work environment, and furthering One Medical's mission to transform healthcare.

What you'll likely work on:
  • Performing multiple, high-level administrative functions in support of programs led and designed by Medicare Population Health Program team
  • Participating in program creation and program management: learning need analysis, design and development of programs, planning, ongoing delivery and continuous improvement with internal customers
  • Driving the confluence of multiple internal groups to leverage their subject matter expertise to consult on, build, and manage learning programs. Establish and manage a cross-functional team of SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on learning programs and learning technologies for internal teams
  • Managing customer service requests for MPHP Education programs (system inquiries, process inquiries, etc.)
  • Developing and managing ongoing reporting and analysis in support of our clinical learning requirements. Measuring program effectiveness and adapting to improve satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change, and business results
  • Managing and improving tracking systems, tools and knowledge management systems (OneSource)
  • Facilitating and delivering learning programs both in person and virtually. Identifying and addressing opportunities to improve program facilitation.
  • Managing external vendor relationships (as needed)

What you'll need:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in value based care and/or healthcare L&D
  • Program management experience, with an ability to evaluate and re-prioritize, define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, as part of a team.
  • Experience developing and executing program implementation and change adoption strategies.
  • Interpersonal skills: the ability to develop trusting relationships with stakeholders and to collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of concepts and tools including: contracting, diagnosing, designing interventions, group dynamics, org design, strategy, change management
  • Engaging and deft facilitation skills: an excellent communicator, both in-person and in written presentation, with the ability to convey information concisely.
  • General understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory and human centered design
  • Ability to think strategically and also manage the day-to-day nuts and bolts of 3-5 learning programs
  • Organization and the ability to manage and deliver multiple tasks efficiently, effectively and on time
  • Adequate knowledge of Google Suite, Learning Management Systems, program management tools, and other tools to plan and coordinate events and campaigns across multiple constituents
  • Hybrid role with some in-person work at One Medical educational events and offsite . Must be able to travel up to 25%.
  • Must live within an existing One Medical market.
  • Flexibility with time zones, working hours with advanced notice - able to cover ET to PT/MT

This is a full-time role based in any Senior One Medical market- AZ, CO, GA, WA,TX, and NC.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $58,000 to $106,000 per year. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location. The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
