Job Description
Continuously improve the performance, design processes, standards, policies, training, to upgrade the organizational business continuity management system. This includes but is not limited to supporting the organization to increase its crisis readiness and operational resilience capabilities
Planning, preparing, and executing business impact analyses (BIA) and supporting the business functions in the development and implementation of business continuity plans (BCP)
Planning and preparation of stress tests of BCPs and joint exercises
Consulting business functions on topics related to business continuity programs and crisis management to help them define an adequate level of risk mitigation and resilience
Track escalated Business Continuity Management issues and implement best practices for Business Continuity, Resilience & Crisis Management and provide inputs that affect the functional area of responsibility
Manage stakeholders and build strong working relationships with key managers in DSC IT, ITS, OpsEx, and the wider business
Implement best practices and elevate dashboards and presentations aimed towards business data intelligence, data analysis and governance that affect the functional area of responsibility to enhance business decision making capabilities
Organize monthly functional team meetings and prepare meeting content
Report DSC's BCM, Resiliency program status to the Global Security & BCM Operations Manager
Develop strong, trusting relationships and communicate to senior business leaders outside of own job area to accept practices and approaches

Job Description

Experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills - essential
- Strong knowledge of DHL Operations - essential
- Ability to work independently - essential
- BCM, HS&E or experience within Security - essential
- Experience within a customer facing role - beneficial
- Basic understanding of Logics - beneficial
- Ability to influence and a versatile approach to work - essential
