System Engineer

• The selected candidate will provide technical project management and system engineering support on a team supporting and developing an Electronic Records Management Services (RMS) for the enterprise. The application provides a modern, secure, leading-edge capability compliant with external regulatory guidance including electronic maintenance, storage, search, audit, reporting, retrieval, lockdown, and disposition of records, considered both permanent and temporary.
• The candidate must have experience providing technical project management to include customer engagement, performance oversight, schedule development, risk & dependency management and scope management. Candidate will work directly with Government Project Management and communicate with Freedom Program Management team on status and progress.
• The candidate must have experience working on a software development team with diverse skillsets. This individual must be willing to tackle challenges sometimes without a lot of guidance or information, and collaborating in a fast-paced, highly visible team environment.
• Primary responsibilities will be working with Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities, facilitating agile processes, communicating with team members, the Government and end user customers.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and/or Confluence
• Experience using COTS products or records management technology
• Experience with Scrum and Agile Methodologies
