The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for a VP of IT. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of IT experience including management of staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor staff
• Build scalable, effective applications, processes and procedures
• Integrating applications and developing analytics to support new lines of business
• Partner with operational and financial management to identify opportunities, requirements and new technology solutions
• Lead integration initiatives for CRM applications
• Responsible for the selection and migration of financial systems and the development of analytics
• Additional responsibilities for this role include:
  
  • Telephony systems/predictive dialer, HR applications, hardware infrastructure and backup, and business intelligence tools
  • Will be responsible for managing projects, internal and external resources, budgets and project delivery
• Manage a staff of around 8-10 as well as external resources
• Provide strategic leadership and end-to end solution delivery and ownership for all information needs across key business, financial and functional areas
• Drive execution and vision across the business and functional areas to ensure technology solutions that accelerate business growth and productivity

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience with Applications, IT, Business Intelligence/Business Analytics with demonstrable accomplishments (preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience managing, executing and delivering CRM solutions and applications with a focus on business functionality and business process
• Proven leader who possesses both a "roll-up your sleeves and get the job done on a shoestring budget" attitude as well as someone who can develop an applications roadmap
• An understanding of how data/analytics can benefit the company is a must
• Experience as a senior IT leader who understands and leads applications for driving real business value
• Experience in being accountable for documentation, deployment and enforcement of enterprise-wide solutions, services and tools
• Experience with Microsoft database and platforms
• Experience soliciting, developing and overseeing the documentation of business requirements for systems
• Experience overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting on project and staff performance
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with senior business leaders
