Job Description:

. Person will be responsible for Financial Consolidation and Close solutioning in Oracle FCCS, will own solution design, configurations, demo of key functionalities to clients and overall implementation of Consolidation solution/flow in Oracle FCCS Application.
Person will be responsible to provide expertise in implementing industry best practices and customizing the Oracle FCCS application as per client requirements to enable business processes.
Person should be conversant with general accounting principles.
Person will interact with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Process Owners and other IT stakeholders across geographies to understand and analyze existing (As-Is) processes and design To-Be process flows per business requirements.
Person will be responsible to guide a team of functional and technical consultants to implement to-be solutions in respective functional area. Person will provide expertise in FCCS application configurations as per business requirements, guide technical team to complete system integrations as per business requirements, conduct Systems Integration testing sessions, user acceptance testing and plan/execute UAT/Production migrations.
Hands-on experience in FCCS is must and willing to do hands-on while executing the project.
Techno-functional experience is must in Financial Consolidation and Close area to drive overall Design, Solution Architecture followed by configuration/build, testing and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Overall 12+ years of experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development, upgrade and Maintenance of EPM applications using FCCS/HFM.
At least 3 end-to-end FCCS implementation experience is a must.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in upgrading from HFM or any other consolidation tool to FCCS
Able to drive business workshops, conduct design sessions, create key design decisions docs and manage both functional as well as technical discussions with client.
Hands-on experience with ownership management, equity pick-up, custom rules, cashflow automation.
Hands-on experience with Supplemental Data Manager and Close Manager.
Managed and delivered complex consolidation projects by doing hands-on activities.
Strong functional understanding of Financial Consolidation and External Reporting
Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.
Hands-on experience with HFM and FDMEE upgrade is must along with FCCS, SDM and Close Manager.
Person should be conversant with the best Consolidation and close practices in context of Oracle technologies like FCCS - should have commanding knowledge over oracle cloud out of box offerings and ability to implement various customizations as per business requirements.
Person should have excellent understanding of integrating FCCS application with other source systems using various integrations options like Data Management, web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform etc.
Strong experience in historical data migration and validation.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Bachelor with CPA/MBA in Finance preferred
