POSITION SUMMARY

We seek a strategic and results-oriented Director of Inbound and Outbound Sales to join our innovative team. This pivotal leadership role guides and manages a team of Outbound and Inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate and qualify leads to build sales pipelines, ensuring the team meets its targets through effective coaching, performance management, and strategic planning. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in building and developing successful sales development teams. Your mission? To elevate our sales strategy, improve efficiencies and processes, exceed targets, and fuel our company's growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Light international travel required (e.g. 4x/year) to Manilla quarterly.

  • Manage and grow the Sales Development function for inbound sales teams, responsible for inbound lead qualification and processing, and the outbound sales team, responsible for hunting qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of SDR's ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals for pipeline growth while utilizing state of the art technology.
  • Effectively plan for hiring and onboarding of SDRs managing a pipeline of talent for potential recruitment.
  • Mentoring team members of all levels of seniority, to become their best and to be their best while at Boostlingo
  • Implement training programs that equip teams with the knowledge required for effective outbound prospecting
  • Lead coaching and improvement plans for the SDR team
  • Collaborate with GTM team to refine and evolve the prospecting process, incorporating industry best practices
  • Implement strategies to optimize the use of sales motion driven propositions in outbound efforts
  • Monitor and analyze global performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales development activities
  • Oversee the utilization and optimization of technology tools, including Salesforce and specialized tech sales tools (e.g., Outreach, 6Sense, Chorus, ZoomInfo). Stay informed about emerging technologies that can enhance the sales development process
  • Focus on the quality of opportunities without sacrificing quantity. The four core metrics this role should care about are the impact on the sales cycle, close rates, pipeline contribution and average deal size.
  • Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with qualification requirements and company targets.
  • Ensure we efficiently and effectively qualify inbound demand as well develop outbound strategies per region while leveraging digital and field marketing resources for campaign effectiveness.
  • Motivate and develop SDRs through coaching and incentives. A successful candidate will be equal parts business manager and talent developer.
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment. Understand ramp adjusted capacity to ensure the team is effectively contributing, in tandem with the needs of our sales organization and the supply of inbound demand from marketing.
  • Manage SDR reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood by stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide feedback on MQLs and campaign effectiveness ensuring alignment with regional goals based on assigned territories.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and people ops to ensure SDR onboarding program and ongoing training is up to date on our current product offerings.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Development Manage, having managed a team of SDR or BDR's.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to create highly effective sales reporting for executive level briefings
  • Experience in sales processes and methodologies to drive maximum sales funnel contributions.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Enablement Tools
  • Experience in sales operations or a solid understanding of reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processes
  • Understanding of SaaS B2B software and solutions


Computer literacy, specifically with:
  • Both Mac and PC environments.
  • Sales Enablement Software such as: 6thSense, Outreach, Chorus, Outbound Engine, ZoomInfo
  • Performance Tools: Lattice, Greenhouse, etc..
