Description:

Create and manage production incidents in collaboration with support and onboarding teams escalate issues based on customer impact
Work closely with product and engineering to resolve customer issues
Participate in critical incident response calls and servers and escalation point for customer support cases new line carefully evaluate alternate risks and solutions before taking action to provide timely resolution
Follow up on root cause analysis to identify the underlying problems and device strategic solutions
Developing and maintaining long lasting collaborative relationships with stakeholders
Actively respond to service request from client facing support teams, operations, risk control partners, etc
Plan, incident management and technical call facilitation and communications during critical outage situations

  • Minimum Experience : 10 Yrs


Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Write clean, scalable code using Python programming languages
Test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor and debug code
Improve existing software
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
