Role Overview:
The Manager is a full-time position that is primarily responsible for driving growth in the affiliate channel for assigned client(s). The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the affiliate program including client-facing responsibilities, partner management and assisting with client requests including reporting and outreach. The Manager will lead affiliate campaigns, specialized integrations, publisher recruitment, performance optimization, reporting analysis, and brand compliance. The Account Manager will proactively resolve issues and maintain all relevant internal and external stakeholders up-to-date on program developments.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications. Role Overview:

The Account Manager will proactively resolve issues and maintain all relevant internal and external stakeholders up-to-date on program developments.
Responsibilities:
- To have a complete understanding of the client's business, including:
- Monitoring and communicating all deliverables to the team
- Short- and long-term client targets and needs
- Market conditions and trends impacting the client's business
- Supervise associates and senior associates to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time
- Provide training and best practices to new team members
- Quickly and accurately build ad-hoc reports at client request
- Develop and grow client's portfolio of active, performing, influential publishers that stay on brand
- Pursue full and current awareness of current top performing affiliates and sales trends
- Develop an excellent professional working relationship with the client
- Conduct all client and publisher calls with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, including preparations of agenda, call summaries with next steps, and assignment of action items
- Maintain open communication lines internally and externally
Requirements:
- At least 3-years of experience within digital performance marketing
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing - direct experience executing affiliate campaigns a plus
- High level of commercial awareness, especially as it relates to digital content
- Excellent written, oral presentation and analytics skills
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Client-facing experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Proactive, self-motivated, driven, resourceful
- Attention to detail
- Basic technical knowledge preferred (ie. cookies, URL coding, etc.)
