- A visionary product leader with 8+ years of experience in industrial automation or fieldbus products
- An expert in industrial Ethernet standards, protocols, and technologies (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT)
- A strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and develop winning product strategies
- An excellent communicator able to collaborate with global teams and represent Turck at industry events
- A skilled manager with 1-3 years of supervisory experience
In this role, you will:
- Drive product strategy and development for assigned product lines
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to define future product concepts
- Manage cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
- Develop sales, marketing, and pricing strategies to maximize product success
- Represent Turck in fieldbus standards organizations and industry events
