Primary Responsibilities:
- Foster a diverse culture of engaged and committed employees.
- Support site Quality Management System in accordance with current quality standards.
- Direct quality deliverables and initiatives including: quality notification reviews, material disposition, certificate of Conformance review, shipment data packages, root cause and investigation.
- Work cross functionally resolving problems with product quality impacting operations and customers.
- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of inspection procedures and technologies.
- Drive product and process improvements ensuring the value stream quality metric goals are met (Escapes, Scrap, Rework, Throughput, Process Certification).
- Establish system to support data integrity and accessibility.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Prior supervisory experience leading teams of quality professionals
- SAP and material review board (MRB) experience.
