Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of project plans, schedules and budgets, tracks progress, resolves problems, develops solutions, and forecasts project revenue.
  • Identifies and addresses project problems, analyzes data gathered, and develops solutions and recommendations to solve problems, meet deadlines and optimize performance to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Directs the work of employees assigned on projects in technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
  • Establishes design concepts, procedures, standard work documentation, criteria, and engineering efforts for project support including implementation and validation activities.
  • Responsible for procurement of appropriate capital equipment and hardware on project scope.
  • Plan and develop assembly equipment methods for the assembly, disassembly, inspection, repair, and test of PCBAs impacted by the project.
  • Responsible for projects closure including approval gate reviews for production release.
  • Support quoting and NPI activities based on business needs.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Candidate must be a U.S Citizen.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Inductrial Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing/project engineering experience (Electronics a plus).
  • Proficiency with using MS Project, Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio and Outlook.
  • Experience with interpreting technical drawings and work instructions (Electronics a plus).
  • CSMTPE, PMP, CSEP, and/or any Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment.
  • Have a high energy and passion for problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and team skills required.
