- Adding Spools Wires and Cables
- Creating Spools
- Adding Wires and Cables
- Using Ribbon Cables
- Designating Components
- Designating Components as Connectors
- Assigning Entry Ports
- Routing Cables
- Using a Simple Route
- Routing via a Network
- Autorouting
- Modifying a Route
- Proficiency with Mechanical CAD modeling (CREO)
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, producibility enhancements, and inspection and validation methods
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution and 5 years of relevant experience OR
- Advance degree from an accredited institution and 3 years of relevant experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience and confidence training and coaching others in Design of Harnessing including the development of classroom and virtual training material
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal (classroom, strategy presentations) and written (technical writing for reports, specifications, presentations, etc. using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to lead teams on company-wide strategic initiatives to advance employees
- Experience in Mechanical/Electrical design across all part lifecycles
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics is preferred
