Data Engineer

The Data Engineer will perform Infrastructure activities to understand and define the cloud hosting environment. Will also support the development of data source pipelines using data from various sources, the creation of visualizations to support all parts of the ECCO Dashboard, and the establishment of file structures and governance in accordance with existing DOE policies. The contractor will also assist with the data governance procedures, and the development of standard operating procedures. Additionally, the contractor will support in determining customer requirements, such as interviewing senior executives to determine what kind of dashboard information would be useful to them.
