Position Overview:
The Project Director will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, with a focus on developing and executing strategic plans for effective Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) provision. This role requires a proven track record of managing project teams, overseeing project delivery, and implementing TTA service practices, particularly within the Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) programs and their partners.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the successful execution of complex projects.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for effective TTA delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee the development and delivery of TTA services to HMRF programs and partners.
- Ensure proactive and responsive project management, maintaining flexibility to manage fluctuating and time-sensitive tasks.
- Monitor and maintain quality control, ensuring that all deliverables and tasks are accurate and timely.
- Utilize knowledge of adult learning styles to enhance TTA delivery.
- Track and ensure the completion of all project tasks.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or higher
- 12+ or 15+ years of federal project management experience, ideally within the technical assistance/human services sector.
- At least 7 years of field experience in project management, technical assistance, or related fields, with a preference for experience in the human services sector, HMRF, research and evaluation, and training.
- Expertise in Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective monitoring and oversight capabilities.
- Ability to manage and adapt to fluctuating and time-sensitive tasks.
