Plans and manages operational activities of one or more Human Resources functional areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work day is normally involving at least 40% of lifting, twisting, standing, bending and some activities that involve walking will be required to be performed. The associate will be required to travel from multiple health clinic sites and must be required to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of various sites and community events. Supervision of multiple clinic sites may be applicable. A Louisiana driver's license is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is normally performed in a health clinic with a normal/comfortable temperature setting. The associate will be provided DSCNO equipment (computer, laptop, cell phone, etc.) to perform necessary duties for the position. The majority of the work setting is sedentary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Plans and manages operational activities of one or more Human Resources functional areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and/or health and safety.|
- Partners with business unit leaders to develop and deliver strategic human resource solutions to achieve defined business unit goals.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Mediates and/or resolves employee disputes/issues. Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.|
- Leads the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives. |
- Ensures completion and maintenance of employee records and documents.|
- Analyzes current state of HR processes; Leads, develops and implements steps needed to automate and streamline processes to ensure operational excellence, high reliability and continuous improvement
- In partnership with National HR lead, Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
