Associate Director of Outpatient Treatment

Hope House is looking for an Associate Director of Outpatient Treatment to help oversee out Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient programs. We are looking for a leader who can help to grow those programs as we expand our reach and services. Must be a licensed counselor in the state of Maryland, and leadership experience is a big plus!

JOB SUMMARY: Working under the supervision of t the Director of Treatment, the Associate Director of Outpatient Treatment is a visible leader responsible for managing the Outpatient Treatment department. This position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of client educational/therapeutic activities; clinical and administrative supervision of counseling staff; review and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures; design, monitoring, and participation in departmental CQI activities; utilization review and supervision of activities to determine appropriate levels of care; development and implementation of program changes designed to meet the needs of the population served.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT TREATMENT JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for the supervision of the outpatient counseling staff
• Review and monitor treatment and counseling activities and policies.
• Ensure continued maintenance of documentation, client files, and other required data
• Ensure the continuity of services offered by the Outpatient Counseling Department
• Other Duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's
• CAC-AD
