Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
- Provides instructional leadership and professional development to all staff members.
- Fosters and develops a positive school culture and effective learning environment.
- Engages parents and community members in supporting a positive, welcoming school environment, supportive of all students.
- Maintains student safety and handles special cases as necessary.
- Participates on committees pertinent to the operation of the district.
- Master's degree in Educational Administration. Five (5) years of experience as a classroom teacher required experience as an Assistant Principal or Principal preferred.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required with a major in educational administration or appropriate related field.
- At least three years successful experience as a classroom teacher.
- A valid state certificate to practice as a school administrator.
