Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a Sr SBU Syst Supp Analyst-related occupation.

Description
- Re-engineer business operations to improve business results and operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate complex business requirements and model data and / or system requirements.
- Analyze and document complex business problems.
- Develop and implement business testing strategies.
- Coordinate upgrades and rollouts of larger more complex projects.
- Leads projects or sub-projects.

Position also requires demonstrable experience in the following:
- Object, data, or process modeling.
- Financial analysis and planning and business value analysis.
- Business process design.
- Negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building.
- Detailed knowledge of billing and payment processing.
- Detailed knowledge of commission processing.
- Form generation and communications using HP Exstream.
- Delinquency processes and financial reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL server.
- Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter experience.
- AWS telephony and IVR.
- CRM.
- Knowledge of Calabrio.
