The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Description
  • Re-engineer business operations to improve business results and operational effectiveness.
  • Evaluate complex business requirements and model data and / or system requirements.
  • Analyze and document complex business problems.
  • Develop and implement business testing strategies.
  • Coordinate upgrades and rollouts of larger more complex projects.
  • Leads projects or sub-projects.
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a Sr SBU Syst Supp Analyst-related occupation.

Position also requires demonstrable experience in the following:
  • Object, data, or process modeling.
  • Financial analysis and planning and business value analysis.
  • Business process design.
  • Negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building.
  • Detailed knowledge of billing and payment processing.
  • Detailed knowledge of commission processing.
  • Form generation and communications using HP Exstream.
  • Delinquency processes and financial reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL server.
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter experience.
  • AWS telephony and IVR.
  • CRM.
  • Knowledge of Calabrio.
