Building Automation Salesperson - BAS sales

As an HVAC Sales Consultant (Commercial), you will be responsible for driving service sales activities in the Albany area.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you will do as a Building Automation BAS Sales Consultant

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive BAS Sales
• Create RFP and make presentations
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts to maximize sales opportunities
• Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients and strategic partnerships
• Develop proposals and sales documentation
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively

What you will need as a Building Automation BAS Sales Consultant

• experience in Commercial HVAC and / or Building Automation Systems/ Controls
• experience estimating
• valid driver's license
