Project Manager

Location: Canada or USA-Possibility to work from home #LI-Remote

mdf commerce Inc. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

Working in the eprocurement sector, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team at EcoInteractive.

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to:

• Ensure the delivery of projects within the budgets and schedules and according to the requirements agreed with the client.
• Ensure an excellent relationship between the company and its clients.
• Controlling project schedules and budgets.
• Manage change requests, corrections and outstanding project items.
• Analyze, mitigate and track project risks.
• Report to the project office on the evolution of the work performed and the status of the projects.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Coordinate the client approval process for each project delivery.
• Ensure daily and effective coordination of all stakeholders related to the development of projects, including the management of outsourced teams within external partners.
• Coordinate the progress and evaluate the performance of development team members.
• Ensure the rigorous application of the quality standards and configuration management processes of the company.
• Ensure the application of other company processes and methodological elements, evaluate and validate the delivery processes in place.
• Validate customer business needs and user requirements specification according to the company's iterative methodology.
• Act as a PM expert by implement processes, best practices and PM structure.
• Validate & coordinate the strategies and coordinate the corresponding configuration testing.
• Possibility: Ensure, with the help of the development teams, the follow-up of the work elements of iterations in an agile mode.

• Excellent command of the Office suite (MS Project and Excel).
• Organized, able to take initiative and a team player.
• Critical thinking.
• Experience building, driving, and executing best practices around project management and implementation support strategies.
• Great technical knowledge of Enterprise, SaaS solution integration, API, data migration, etc.
• Excellent English and French language skills, both interpersonal, oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English and French-speaking internal and external colleagues, clients and partners across Canada and the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience (customer facing positions, business analyst, implementation specialist, etc.).
• Minimum 3 in a senior PM.
• Managing large and/or critical projects.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in managing outsourced teams.
• Experience in using CMS as a collaboration tool.
• Scrum Master or Agile certification is an asset.
• PMP certification and/or MGP or MBA degree is an asset.
