We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Architecture Consulting Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems architecture, design, and implementation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, providing expert guidance on system design, and ensuring the successful deployment of complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
The base salary range for this role is $133,000 - $209,000 + 17% bonus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Architecture Consulting Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems architecture, design, and implementation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, providing expert guidance on system design, and ensuring the successful deployment of complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure system architectures that meet client needs.
- Create detailed architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications.
- Ensure systems are designed with a focus on high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Work directly with clients to understand their business goals, requirements, and challenges.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on system architecture solutions.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Serve as the technical lead on projects, guiding engineering teams through design and implementation.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in systems architecture, security, and compliance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of systems architecture solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in systems architecture.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems architecture projects.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date for future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, engineering, or consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex systems architectures.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
- Experience with virtualization, networking, and storage technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus.
