Position Overview: The Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will be responsible for developing and executing pricing, procurement analysis, and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing models, and beverage industry trends. The RGM will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution of our customer centric approach.
Language Skills: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Amount of Travel Involved: 25%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies that optimize pricing, hedging, and ancillary revenue growth across various channels and customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to develop pricing strategies that enhance profitability and customer segmentation.
- Design and execute promotional strategies that drive volume and margin, while ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer needs.
- Lead revenue forecasting and scenario planning efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue performance.
- Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure revenue growth strategies are effectively integrated and executed.
- Monitor and analyze customer and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas of risk, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against targets, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with Finance to assess the financial impact of pricing and promotional strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support compelling proposals and presentations for prospective partnerships.
- Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Support team with tradeshow planning and execution.
- Travel required.
- Participate in all company Safety programs.
- Actively participates in sales training and commits to continuous learning.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college, high school diploma required, and 10+ years' related experience;
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in the beverage manufacturing industry experience in the beverage manufacturing industry.
- Sales experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the beverage industry.
