Your mission: lead our Account Management team to exceed our objectives for expansion and customer retention with Coveo customers. Lead from the front, establish and maintain executive relationships with the largest of enterprises, delivering business outcomes with our customers.

- Build, lead, and manage a team of Account Managers, creating and following a rigorous account planning and management strategy to map white space analysis, and growth with our customers through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring retention and fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture
- Consistent development of the Account Management team by leading and modeling best practices including Account Planning, Opportunity Planning, MEDDPICC, Executive Selling, and more. Guide the team on portfolio management and account prioritization, with emphasis on building long-term mutual value with our customers.
- Oversee the team to deliver results across GRR, NRR, pipeline creation and acceleration. Foster the sales activity of the team, tracking results, and leading weekly forecast and pipeline review meetings.
- Partner closely with other cross-functional teams and the Executive team (Customer Success, Subscription Renewal Team, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Partners and Alliances, Legal, Desk Desk, and more).

Here's what we're looking for:
- 10+ years of enterprise customer relationship management and quota-carrying experience combined with a proven track record of success in a similar enterprise environment. History of exceeding quota performance & account retention goals.
- 7+ years of people management with a track record of values-based leadership and building high impact, high integrity teams. You're a strong leader with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles with demanding Fortune 1000 customers.
- Strong understanding of the AI industry and market dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Prior experience of hiring and developing an account management (or related) team.
What will make you stand out:
- Track record of implementing programs that deliver market leading GRR and NRR.
- Experience implementing Account Planning, Opportunity Planning, and MEDDPICC.
- Experience building Customer Advisory Boards, User Communities, $1M Customer Clubs, and other customer engagement programs.
- Domain depth in Commerce, Customer Service, and GenAI.
- Graduate degree(s) and certifications.
