Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Senior or Manager level candidate to work as an ERP consultant to work within the ERP Practice of our Management Consulting Services Group. The position will be based in one of our Northeast Ohio offices (Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster). We are open to remote candidates located in the Detroit, Columbus, or Pennsylvania area.

Our engagements involve working with manufacturers and distributors architecting effective business processes and delivering ERP and related software solutions. Responsibilities include: developing and enhancing products and service offerings and managing projects and engagements. Specialties might include ERP and related software selection and implementation as well as business and data analytics and reporting.

Successful individuals in this field are naturally outgoing, self-motivated, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and enjoy a wide variety of work experiences and challenges.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

To be considered for this position, we prefer candidates that:

  • Hold a Bachelor or advanced degree in a technical, business or non-technical field
  • Hold a professional certification such as CPA, CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, PMP, or the like
  • Possess 5-7 years of related manufacturing, distribution, or other similar industrial experience required
  • Are willing to travel at least 25-50% of the time
