Position Overview: As a Program Manager within our Tech Partner Sales Organization, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our marketplace sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This multifaceted role integrates project management, sales-integrated enablement, and Marketplace operational efficiency to align with our business objectives effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Partner Sales, Partner & Product Marketing, Product, and the Marketplace team to execute impactful projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Sales GTM Program Management Assist in the execution, and optimization of the marketplace sales Go-To-Market strategy. Drive initiatives to enhance Partner Manager satisfaction.
Managing day-to-day operations of the Marketplace program ensuring the smooth functioning of processes
Monitor the Marketplace Partner Sales mailbox to assist Partner Managers regarding deals, exceptions, and processes depending on the Marketplace.
Represent the Marketplace team on internal cross-functional calls.
Engage Adobe teams to improve the
Collaborate with the Tech Partner Sales Operations team, pull sales and customer data generate reports from CRM for strategic analysis for internal outreach email campaigns or external marketing campaigns. Track the success of email campaigns by analyzing deal progression against email campaign engagement.
Engage Deal Desk and other Adobe teams as a Special Deal Desk Advisor for specific deals identified.
Sales Enablement: Review and revise when needed tech partner sales enablement programs to equip our Partner sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to achieve their targets effectively. This may include updating sales playbooks, training sessions, and ongoing support materials.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception through execution to post-launch evaluation.
Tracking progress against project milestones & holding others accountable for assigned deliverables
Scheduling & leading internal and external program meetings while also tracking & following up with action items
Identifying barriers to successful program execution and escalating as appropriate
Building partnerships with various stakeholders to assist in the complete delivery of your project goals.
Go-to-Market Planning - Collaborating with internal teams and partners to develop go-to-market delivery for the Re-seller team
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status updates, risks, and opportunities effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the sales organization. Implement best practices and scalable solutions to drive productivity and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Partner Sales, Marketing, Product, and Reseller teams to align on goals, priorities, and execution plans. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve shared objectives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
