Key Responsibilities:
- Technical and Educational Expertise: Provide comprehensive technical and educational support for cardiac device management.
- Transmission Technical Review: Review remote transmissions for all Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting Support: Offer troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Training Content Development: Develop and manage training content, materials, and standards for both internal teams and external partners, focusing on cardiac device management and related technical areas.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation of all technical activities, training content, and interactions.
- Training Program Management: Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and meet the needs of both internal staff and external partners.
- Customer Onboarding: Assist with the technical and educational aspects of the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Market Dynamics: Partner with colleagues to understand market and customer dynamics to keep training programs relevant and uptodate.
- Competitive Landscape: Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and stay current with new CRM products and training methodologies.
- Task Completion: Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Credential Maintenance: Ensure that all technical credentials required for training content are maintained and up-to-date.
- Team Leadership Potential: Demonstrate the aptitude for assuming people management responsibilities within the training and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: At least seven years of technical experience in cardiac rhythm management, with experience in training content development.
- Certifications: Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) or Cardiac Device Remote Monitoring Specialist (CDRMS) certified by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE).
Skills:
- Extensive understanding of medical terminology and cardiac device management.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing training programs and materials.
- Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for assuming technical team people management responsibilities.
