Senior Training Manager

Position Summary:

The Senior Training Manager will provide technical and educational expertise in cardiac device management and lead the development of comprehensive training programs. This role is crucial in maintaining high service standards and ensuring that both our employees and external partners are well equipped to deliver outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac device management, with the ability to create and implement training materials and standards that meet industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical and Educational Expertise: Provide comprehensive technical and educational support for cardiac device management.
• Transmission Technical Review: Review remote transmissions for all Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting Support: Offer troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Training Content Development: Develop and manage training content, materials, and standards for both internal teams and external partners, focusing on cardiac device management and related technical areas.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation of all technical activities, training content, and interactions.
• Training Program Management: Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and meet the needs of both internal staff and external partners.
• Customer Onboarding: Assist with the technical and educational aspects of the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Market Dynamics: Partner with colleagues to understand market and customer dynamics to keep training programs relevant and uptodate.
• Competitive Landscape: Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and stay current with new CRM products and training methodologies.
• Task Completion: Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Credential Maintenance: Ensure that all technical credentials required for training content are maintained and up-to-date.
• Team Leadership Potential: Demonstrate the aptitude for assuming people management responsibilities within the training and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: At least seven years of technical experience in cardiac rhythm management, with experience in training content development.
• Certifications: Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) or Cardiac Device Remote Monitoring Specialist (CDRMS) certified by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE).
