This role is part of a highly supported team building on a strong programmatic structure for all classrooms with opportunities to individualize and innovate. The BCBA will play an integral role in the program in assessment, intervention, family engagement, consultation, collaboration, and leadership at all tiers of behavioral intervention. This role offers many opportunities for team collaboration in order to best help students generalize their learning across settings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned (see program handbook)

The BCBA provides training and engages parents, CLIMB personnel, and other school professionals and community members in the removal of barriers to learning. The BCBA provides leadership and collaboration in the implementation of comprehensive school-based and school-linked programs to promote student well-being and positive academic outcomes.
