What You'll Do:
- Hire, train, and develop store management
- Uphold customer service standards and all policies and procedures
- Analyze sales information and payroll reports - implement solutions to solve business needs
- Monitor and communicate store business plans, operations, visual appearance and maintenance
- Consult with store managers on employee and customer concerns
- Be available to work a flexible schedule - travel independently to store locations by car or flight, and be on call for urgent needs
