THE HIGH LEVEL

The Project Manager works to support clients throughout the service delivery lifecycle, which includes the setup, scheduling, management, implementation, and close-out of projects. The Project Manager provides a wide range of general services that support the functional requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Understands and demonstrates the capabilities and use of new and existing Digital Health technologies.
• Supports the functional requirements of a project and/or customer activity. These areas may include but not limited to project initiation, resource scheduling, status reporting, data quality analysis, quality assurance, system or business operations, administration, and management support.
• Communicates effectively with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution.
• Gathers requirements through information obtained from internal and external customers.
• Tracks large projects using SharePoint , Monday.com, Gantt, Kanban boards
• Performs significant work responsibilities with minimal management oversight.
• Manages multiple timelines and completes tasks quickly within the constraints of clients' timelines and budgets.
• Compiles data and utilizes MS Office tools to put together presentations
• Utilizes SME knowledge and understanding to support operational goals and targets.
• Supports the evaluation and sustainment of new Telehealth technologies, equipment, applications, and clinical processes.
• Performs systematic reviews of strategic initiatives, staffing plans, clinical workflows and provide updates and reports as required.
• Performing investigative research, data compilation, executive briefs, and creating polished presentations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You have a High School Diploma, or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree, plus 5 years of relevant project management experience. Master's Degree is a bonus.
• You have working knowledge and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including: MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• You're able to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines.
• You pay attention to detail and have effective verbal and written communications skills
• You're energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You're able to work either independently or with a team.
• We'd like it if you have experience working in Healthcare (VA experience would be an extra bonus).
• Must submit to and be able to successfully complete customer required clearance, investigative or training requirements.
• Ability to utilize numerous and creative methods for explaining and collaborating with health care professionals to improve and enhance virtual care/mobile health adoption.
• Work remotely with possible 5% travel.
• Preferred experience working with executive level clients, creating briefings, presentations, compiling data.
