SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (Base Plus Commissions)

The Role

This is a full-time, onsite, non-exempt hourly position, responsible for being a proactive member of a division tasked with increasing sales in targeted markets within a predefined territory. This position will develop strategic relationships with various medical facilities, hospitals, and decision-makers in targeted accounts.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and leads that are generated by marketing efforts.
  • Cultivating and generating new business, including outbound and inbound sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Communicating our value proposition by thoroughly understanding Ampronix offerings, business values, and customer outcomes.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to promote Ampronix and its mission utilizing practical sales skills, mainly via phone, email, and video conferencing interactions in compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Attend internal sales meetings, conference calls, and ongoing training sessions.
  • Follow established sales operating procedures and best practices, ensuring activities comply with laws, regulations, and Ampronix compliance policies.
  • Establish and nurture positive, productive relationships with customer accounts, including end-users, service providers, and purchasers.
  • Maintain accuracy in the CRM database via updates to sales opportunities, sales stages, and marketing statuses and utilizing the contact management system.
  • Build expertise on all product-related matters, including understanding their applications and pain points.
  • Focus on collaboration and teamwork to deliver favorable results to customers, patients, and Ampronix.
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.


What We Look for In a Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • One to five years of relevant work experience; business development, lead nurture, marketing, etc.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented professional and proactive ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Strong communication, written, and verbal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for technology sales and learning about the application of technology to solve business problems.
  • We are not settling for average, always striving to exceed quota.
  • Ability to learn, reason, and adapt quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with remote teams and maintain a persistent virtual connection presence.
