Burlington Township is seeking an interim administrator for an elementary Vice Principal Position.
Qualifications: This position requires a New Jersey Principal's certification and/or Supervisor certification.
Candidates must meet the NJ residency requirements. Burlington Township is seeking experienced administrator to assist with building management and instructional observations. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills and have knowledge of the operation of the school facility. Must also be able to maintain and foster a positive and collaborative learning environment as an instructional leader, have a strong knowledge of effective instructional practices, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Must exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community. Duties include supervision/evaluation of professional & support staff and discipline, while supporting the building principal and curriculum supervisors.
Daily Rate: $450

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A minimum of three years administrative experience and successful teaching experience. .
2. Master's Degree and New Jersey Principal's Certificate and/or Supervisor Certification.
3. A working knowledge of the instructional process.
4. An understanding of the process of supervision and evaluation.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Must meet New Jersey Residency Requirements
7. Possess effective management, problem-solving, organization, human relations, and written and verbal communication skills.
