The pay range for this position is between $100,000 - $135,000 annually however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. Your impact on the team
As the Technical Product Manager for Content Acceleration, you will be instrumental in enhancing and accelerating content development workflows and decreasing time to market for our K-12 products.This is a remote position, open to applicants within the United States and requires up to 10% travel for the year.
What can you expect from the position?
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of product development and go-to-market activities to identify and leverage opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Manage the intake process for new content development and acceleration initiatives, refining and prioritizing proposals to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Product and Academic Design teams to identify, design, and implement solutions that accelerate content creation and delivery without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure rapid prototyping and iterative development of content acceleration tools and workflows, fostering a culture of quick learning and continuous improvement.
- Share insights and best practices across the company's larger product teams, enhancing overall product knowledge and content acceleration techniques.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, promoting an environment of innovation and excellence in content development and delivery.

- A track record of delivering tools and workflow improvements that have had a material impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You build networks and are an active listener. You can translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agility and adaptability in learning new domains and content areas, managing shifting priorities in curriculum development, and a passion for leveraging technology to make a significant impact in K-12 education through improved content development processes. This includes staying current with educational standards, emerging pedagogical approaches, and their implications for content creation and delivery.
Bonus Points/ Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in identifying opportunities for and implementing automation and AI technologies in the content development process. This includes experience with or a strong interest in applying machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI techniques to automate content generation, customization, and quality assurance in educational materials.
- Previous experience with content management systems, automated content generation tools, or workflow optimization in the K-12 or broader educational field.
- Background in software engineering, agile product management, or educational technology.
- Specific experience in K-12 educational settings or content-related technology products.
