Your role within the team
Reporting into the Director of FP&A, this role will provide operational support to the business leaders and oversee financial analysis for the US Health & Happiness brands within the portfolio including Zesty Paws, Solid Gold Pet, Swisse & Biostime and additional brands as they launch in North America.

Your role within the team
Reporting into the Director of FP&A, this role will provide operational support to the business leaders and oversee financial analysis for the US Health & Happiness brands within the portfolio including Zesty Paws, Solid Gold Pet, Swisse & Biostime and additional brands as they launch in North America.
Duties and responsibilities
- Review the contracts and control minimum pricing levels. Escalate when margins are below acceptable levels; follow up bidding process and ensure that pricing is satisfactory
- Be an active member of the local Finance Management team, ensure that all decisions follow the Ethics Policy and are the most cost effective
- Explain monthly variance to the local managers on revenue, margins and opex
- Support promptly Management on ad hoc requests
- Coordinate budget and monthly forecast to ensure accuracy of the numbers reported in the forecast with the figures approved by the Management team.
- Responsible for the Revenue, Opex, Working Capital
- Design financial models and analyze historical, current, and projected financial data for use in planning, forecasting, and management decision making
- Publish comprehensive weekly and monthly dashboards/score cards to regional management and Global FP&A, analyzing forecast variances, identifying trends and providing recommendations to drive forecast execution and accuracy.
- Perform month-end closing activities to be reported to the global group, including preparation of monthly financial statements, monthly balance sheet, profit and loss reconciliations, and detailed reporting packages. Must be comfortable with manual compilation of data for global bi-weekly & monthly reporting deadlines
- Ability to deep dive into financial data as well as analyze and manipulate financial data into specific formats/reporting as needed
- Develop/maintain robust policies and procedures to ensure finance system integrity and reporting.
- Work with the business to deliver the Revenue and margin targets for NA
- Support the Regions in the execution of critical projects
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years FP&A experience
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting or Business,
- Knowledge of Netsuite (added value)
- Demonstrated intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel including the use of advanced formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, INDEX/MATCH, etc) as well as familiarity with PowerPoint deck preparation for monthly presentations to C-level audience
- Takes initiative, sets priorities and meet deadlines
- Flexible, agile and initiates continuous improvement
- Experience with NetSuite a plus, but not necessary
- Potential additional hours required during training and onboarding phase and additional hours as necessary including during month-end closing process
- Interest in a healthy, active lifestyle preferred
- Interest in working for a global company preferred with a multicultural understanding
