The IT Infrastructure Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the Enterprise network. The IT Infrastructure Manager assists with overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, which includes managing hardware, software, servers, storage, databases, networks, and security systems. The primary goal of an IT infrastructure manager is to ensure that the IT infrastructure meets the organization's needs and is secure and dependable. The IT Infrastructure Manager works closely with the IT Director of Infrastructure and other relevant departments. This position requires excellent operational knowledge of network hardware and software. Experience working with data, wireless, wired, voice networking, and IT systems, along with an extensive knowledge of network security, is required. IT Infrastructure managers also require outstanding interpersonal, management, and oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to multitask.

The IT Infrastructure Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the Enterprise network. The primary goal of an IT infrastructure manager is to ensure that the IT infrastructure meets the organization's needs and is secure and dependable. The IT Infrastructure Manager works closely with the IT Director of Infrastructure and other relevant departments. This position requires excellent operational knowledge of network hardware and software. Responsibilities:
- Staff management: Supervise and Lead IT infrastructure teams.
- Create and maintain staff schedules and submit timecards.
- Performs staff review and counseling. Review and renewals of IT contracts and agreements.
- Assists and prepares annual budgets. Create Reports, Standards, and procedures Vendor and Service Provider management. Strategy Management.
- Project management Actively communicate with, inspire, and motivate all levels of staff Multitask and shift priorities and responses as required.
- Supervisory responsibilities with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the organization's networking data, voice, collaboration, and telecommunications infrastructure.

- Assist the IT Director of Infrastructure to prioritize workload.
- Provide reports to the IT Director of Infrastructure regarding infrastructure performance, utilization, and compliance.
- Assist in the annual budget process and contract renewal activities.
- Assist in overseeing department projects and vendor and service provider selection
- Assist the Director of Infrastructure in identifying, evaluating, and recommending future IT Infrastructure technologies and roadmaps throughout the organization's businesses.
- Assist with developing the IT infrastructure Security and Risk Management Framework (RMF) strategy to comply with applicable security policies and regulations to ensure the secure transfer of enterprise data, voice, and video, including compliance with PCI, HIPAA, and GDRP policies and regulations.
- Supervise, manage, and mentor staff of network engineers, network administrators, convention network engineers, Voice and Collaboration Engineers, and Systems Engineers.
- Support and provide senior engineers with technical expertise in complex Enterprise Infrastructure technologies
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers (Network, voice collaboration, and Systems) to maintain and audit all IT network infrastructure-related documentation, including configuration, SOPs, service records, asset inventories, topologies, etc.
- Ensure that all systems are functioning optimally at all times. This includes maintaining servers to guarantee uptime, updating software and applications promptly, and ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructure.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Information Technology arena.
- A minimum of 4 years of management experience.
- Had a previous job role as an IT Network Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager, IT Systems Manager, Senior Engineer, or IT Lead job position.
- Working knowledge of the following is highly valuable: o PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR; knowledge of ticketing systems
- Cisco Network, Voice and Collaboration, and Security Enterprise hardware and software (On-prem and Cloud) Solutions, Including Palo Alto Network Firewalls, Internet Gateways, and IT network experience in the hospitality industry.
- IT Virtualization Environment, VMWare o Microsoft Azure.
Required Certification and/or Licenses:
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise. - required
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Data Center. - preferred
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Security. - a plus
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Collaboration. - a plus
- An Active IT Certification is required and needs to be maintained.
