The Website and Digital Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the firm's website, mobile sites, and associated microsites as part of the Marketing and Content Strategy team. This role ensures optimal technical performance and content management, serving as a key liaison across global departments.
Key responsibilities include managing the content management system (CMS), leading site redesign projects, optimizing user experience and SEO, and coordinating content across various communication channels. The manager also analyzes site analytics to inform content strategies, oversees vendor relationships, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with firm guidelines. They are responsible for troubleshooting site issues, maintaining integrations with other firm systems, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
The role requires at least seven years of experience in web production or digital marketing, with a preference for candidates with a background in computer science, web development, or related fields. Strong skills in UX, SEO, content architecture, and project management are essential. The role offers a salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 and the option to work remotely up to two days per week.
