    Primary Responsibilities
    The Sr. Receiving Manager will oversee all receiving/inbound and facility maintenance functions.
    Shift: Mon-Fri
    Time: 5am - Until Finish
    Essential Functions
    • Oversee all facility maintenance activities related to building and MHE, while meeting sanitation standards, with the aid of a maintenance manager.
    • Manage building and MHE projects and installations as required.
    • Oversee the accuracy, thoroughness, and condition of inventory received.
    • Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of product, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
    • Ensures inventory is properly inspected, verified, and added into our warehouse management system through RF technology.
    • Help create and maintain the necessary KPI's to ensure the inbound and maintenance are being managed to budget while steering process improvement and employee development.
    • Leverage KPIs to plan, forecast, and align inbound needs to perform current business needs and performance goals.
    • Inspects shift operations to ensure compliance with receiving Standard Operating Procedures and specifications.
    • Ensures that the daily inspection requirements of material handling equipment are adhered to.
    • Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
    • Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
    • Proactive in slotting and/or re-slotting of SKUs.
    • Proven ability and willingness to take a hands-on approach as necessary, to include safe operation of all in-house powered MHE.
    • Ensure Safety and OSHA rules are followed.
    • Maintain inventory integrity by employing "world-class" warehousing and inventory control practices.
    • Must maintain and promote sanitation and facility maintenance.
    • Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 3 + years of related experience

    Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
    • Must understand inbound/receiving operations and be KPI driven.
    • Warehouse Management Systems Knowledge
    • Perishable Inventory Knowledge
    • Contribute and support to the overall goals of the Operations Department.
    • Takes initiative and works well independently.
    • Capability of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints
