YOUR ROLE
We're seeking a motivated Lead Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base. You'll play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, engaging prospects, and qualifying leads for our sales team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop andimplement effective prospect communications within various verticals.
- Initiatediscussions with key decision-makers at targeted prospect accounts, focusing ontheir specific business needs.
- Generate qualifiedleads and schedule sales appointments to increase business closing rates byproviding sales with well qualified, ready-to-engage leads.
- Utilize coldcalling and/or lead generation experience to engage with a high daily volume ofpotential clients.
- Help build ourSales Development Representative team to support road development.
- Provide insightinto tools/technology needed to expedite the lead generation process.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 5+ years of experience within road logistics, business development and leadership skills.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor with strong active listening skills.
- Experience managing a high volume of inbound leads.
- Familiarity with industries such as Retail, Food & Beverage, Automotive, or Chemicals is a plus.
