As a Modern Workplace Senior Analyst for Workplace Platform Support, you will be involved in supporting and managing a M365 environment on a large-scale Public-Sector organization. Together we do what matters.
This includes:
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and related applications, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure and system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 solutions.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Skills and experiences
Experience in M365 including M365, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online, Microsoft Exchange Online, and Teams.
Experience with Level 1 support, addressing and troubleshooting straightforward issues.
Experience with end-users to resolve technical problems.
Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including experience with offshore teams and delivery
Consultative, collaborative, and a relationship builder
About you
You are an experienced business technology transformation practitioner, with over 5 years of technical delivery, solution shaping, estimating, and delivery. This experience includes working within a consultancy or systems integrator. You project an expert level of knowledge and a high degree of creativity about how to use Microsoft and other technologies to deliver business value. You can quickly earn the respect of our clients as you engage with them and lead meetings, projects, and presales pursuits.

What you'll do
Reviewing and categorizing incoming support tickets escalating more complex issues to higher levels.
Directly interacting with end-users to resolve common technical problems.
Performing new setup and configuration of new systems or applications.
Updating the knowledge base with new solutions and procedures related to upgrades and enhancements.

- Experience in Office 365 transformations including implementation of Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with upgrading to Windows 11, SCCM & Intune. Also experience with Virtualization, specifically Azure Virtual Desktops and Windows 365. Understanding and experience with modern management is a plus.
- Experience and understanding of workplace security with Microsoft EMS E5 suite
- Experience with Tenant migrations, GSuite migration to Microsoft
- Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including experience with offshore teams and delivery
- Experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction
- Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.
