The Integrated Capabilities Directorate (AFRL/RS) seeks to hire a senior-level DR/DO-03 at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The incumbent will serve as an Organizational Health & Development (OHD) Officer aiding directorate members supporting the AFMC Integrated Capabilities Office (AFMC/IDO). AFRL/RS is standing up a new division to aid in supporting the AFMC IDO. This new organization is in the startup phase, encompassing mission engineering, early systems acquisition, and architecture integration. The officer position will be located in the division to help its members during this transition and to begin working with the overall AFMC IDO. Utilizing the foundational values of the Organizational Development (OD) field, the OHD officer performs analysis and develops/implements recommendations at the individual, small group, directorate, and inter-organizational level to optimize organizational and business practices in support of the directorate's workforce and mission. Collaborates with other AFRL OHD professionals, personnel specialists, and the greater AFRL workforce to accomplish objectives.
Examples of challenges requiring OHD support:
Position is eligible for situational telework and will require routine mission travel, classified engagements, and in-person meetings that cannot be scheduled around a regular/recurring telework schedule. Employee must live within the commuting area of Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade DR/DO-02/GS-13 or equivalent in other pay systems
- This is an interdisciplinary position. Applicants must be able to meet the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards of the occupational series assigned when the position is filled. - Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Clearance
- The incumbent may be subject to random drug testing
- Ability to perform TDY travel approximately 25% or less time
- Formal education in Organizational Health, Development, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience as a practitioner in Organizational Health, Development, or related fields
