WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The AI Engineer Consultant will provide platform support for cutting edge AI products for our client.
You will:
- Have full understanding of OpenAI with ability to comprehend new features and provide technical support.
- Provide training and demonstrations on new and existing features for ChatGPT/Copilot by working with learning team to create training materials.
- Conduct QA on new features and enabling or disabling new features as appropriate while keeping comprehensive documentation for all feature changes.
- Create and maintain governance models for AI platform usage and report on platform performance and usage metrics.
- Evaluate new AI technologies for potential impact and benefits for the organization; implement new tools to the AI platform stack to stay current on industry trends.

- Your experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional working experience in related field with 7+ years of experience as an engineer.
- Deep understanding of AI technology with ability to teach and guide technical experts.
- Passion for AI technology with finger on the pulse of emerging AI technologies.
- Experience evaluating, integrating and acting in an admin capacity for AI tools.
- Extensive experience with ChatGPT and Copilot.
- Consulting experience is a highly desired!
