Position Summary
The Regional Manager reports to the Director of Operations and directs multiple lines of airport lounge spaces within assigned region. The responsibility of the Regional Manager includes working within established corporate policies and procedures to achieve customer satisfaction, company standards of quality and safety, through quality customer service, communication and general problem solving, as well as coordinating administrative and operational activities of Lounge Management Teams. The Regional Manager ensures that each Lounge Management Team is performing their job responsibilities in all areas of their job descriptions and functions.

Qualifications
Previous hospitality/food service managerial experience preferred
Must be able to obtain food serv-safe certificate, food handling and sanitation
Pass and maintain (TIPS/TABC)
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Working knowledge of web based and Office 365
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time
Education/Experience
Position requires Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of management experience or an Associate degree with the equivalent of 6 years' management experience.
Salary Range: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 annually
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Remote with travel 50%-75% of the time

Essential Functions
- Responsible for directly recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of the General Manager position for each location.
- Maintains friendly, efficient, Spirit of Service attitude towards customers, co-workers, and clients.
- Ability to cooperate with peers, customers, and supervisors of diverse nature who may hold divergent views and encourage a team player work atmosphere.
- Establish, manage, and implement strong relationships with all applicable stakeholders, airport administration, applicable regulatory agencies while maintaining and managing all relationship with the client in the best interest of Hyde Park Hospitality.
- Ensures that each Lounge Management Team consistently provides a superior customer service team.
- Ensures that each Lounge Management Team is achieving KPI's set by the client in each lounge.
- Read, analyze, and complete documents for compliance such as the Alcohol Management Certification, Liquor License requirements, month-end customer audits, professional journals, safety rules, operations and internal policy and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to travel by air to each lounge on a regular basis.
- Has knowledge of their market, market demographics, competitive activities, and intrusion.
- Clearly communicates performance expectations measuring performance to ensure appropriate recognition, training and development opportunities and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Administer discipline to General Managers as necessary using Progressive Discipline.
- Able to directly oversee opening activities for all lounge openings with a focus on staffing.
- Interacting with airline/airport passengers via a premier clubroom/bar environment
- Continuously improves the skills, knowledge and morale of the Lounge Management Team. Works through the General Manager to ensure all employees receive the necessary training and development to perform their duties.
- Models and encourages shared values by focusing on customer satisfaction and establishing a high integrity workforce.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
