Job Description

Facilities Management - Vendor Point of Contact Responsibilities:
  • Site management for BOTH buildings 100 & 200: Heavy vendor management & follow up.
  • Main POC for all vendors related to the site.
  • Communicate with management on all vendor timelines and approvals.
  • Follow processes as they relate to company policy and procedures.
  • Respond to all vendors in a timely manner and follow up directly with requestor.
  • Maintain office equipment and troubleshooting problems.
  • Make sure all JLL staff are fulfilling their duties (stocking, cleaning, etc.)
  • Approval of office purchases (*Work with finance closely*)
  • Manage paperwork and databases (Corigo should always have up to date notes)
  • Inventory control (consistently check break rooms and update order QTY dependent on office staff.)
  • Health & Safety - Main POC for fire marshal inspections & OSHA related site walks
  • Main POC for Sunnyvale PD
  • Work closely with Fanatics security team to ensure proper management of safety & security (Drive weekly meetings with security staff)


Must Have Requirements:
  • High-level, high visibility position which requires candidate to be onsite 5 days a week.
  • Must be confident in their interactions and possess a professional demeanor and work ethic.
  • Must have proven relevant experience managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Must have an overall understanding of office etiquette.
  • Must have previous management or assistant experience.
  • Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with employees & vendors.
  • Must have experience in reporting and budgeting.
  • Must have experience managing large facilities and multiple vendors.
  • Must be able to push projects along with little to no supervision needed.
