Facilities Management - Vendor Point of Contact Responsibilities:

Facilities Management - Vendor Point of Contact Responsibilities:
- Site management for BOTH buildings 100 & 200: Heavy vendor management & follow up.
- Main POC for all vendors related to the site.
- Communicate with management on all vendor timelines and approvals.
- Follow processes as they relate to company policy and procedures.
- Respond to all vendors in a timely manner and follow up directly with requestor.
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshooting problems.
- Make sure all JLL staff are fulfilling their duties (stocking, cleaning, etc.)
- Approval of office purchases (*Work with finance closely*)
- Manage paperwork and databases (Corigo should always have up to date notes)
- Inventory control (consistently check break rooms and update order QTY dependent on office staff.)
- Health & Safety - Main POC for fire marshal inspections & OSHA related site walks
- Main POC for Sunnyvale PD
- Work closely with Fanatics security team to ensure proper management of safety & security (Drive weekly meetings with security staff)
Must Have Requirements:
- High-level, high visibility position which requires candidate to be onsite 5 days a week.
- Must be confident in their interactions and possess a professional demeanor and work ethic.
- Must have proven relevant experience managing day-to-day office operations.
- Must have an overall understanding of office etiquette.
- Must have previous management or assistant experience.
- Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with employees & vendors.
- Must have experience in reporting and budgeting.
- Must have experience managing large facilities and multiple vendors.
- Must be able to push projects along with little to no supervision needed.
