Location: Falls Church, VA - DC-VA-MD locations

Reports To: Property Manager

DESCRIPTION: Growing Commercial Real Estate Investment & Development firm with top notch company culture is seeking to hire a hands on, energetic, and resourceful full-time Property Manager to manage various company owned commercial properties around the DC Metro Region.

JOB DUTIES:

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to and oversee the execution of annual business plans, ensuring alignment with our leasing, occupancy, and financial targets
• Financial Oversight: Prepare and analyze financial reports, manage budgets effectively, and oversee the financial performance of the properties
• Responsible for the operational aspects of assigned properties and meeting company goals in those areas
• Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management program
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Work with team to promptly respond to Tenant requests and work with Tenants and team to minimize and resolve problems and complaints
• Set up and maintain control systems for preventive, routine and emergency maintenance and inspections
• Manage all work orders and small renovation projects for property to enhance suites and curb-appeal
• Communicate and make recommendations for current and future repairs and building needs
• Coordinate service contracts for on-site operations including but not limited to HVAC, landscaping, fire inspection contracts
• Provide outside the box ideas on how to become a stronger partner to Tenants

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years Property Management experience
• Minimum of 3 in Property Manager Role
• Ability to create spreadsheet in Excel with drop down lists and conditional formatting. (can provide data set for creation)
• Customer service focused
• Time management skills
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Valid Driver's License
