Role Requirements
- 10+ years total experience. 3+ years in the Insurance industry working with Sales and Marketing functions working with platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics and others
- Should have played a Technical Product Owner / Technical Product Manager Role managing product platform development for large enterprise customers for 3+ years
- Experience with driving technology programs from purchase to launch involving Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud as a product manager / solutions architect in the insurance
- Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud consultant certification is a plus. Other technical certifications will also be considered as a plus
- Strong Customer Data program credentials: should have helped create strategy, contributed the development of technology solution and helped define governance processes
- Extremely sophisticated communications with an ability to communicate with both senior business stakeholders as well as technical developers
Responsibilities
- Work with business customers and SMEs to help create, refine and prioritize the sales and marketing roadmaps and own it's evolution.
- Help build business cases for major Sales and marketing technology programs and help present and build consensus with senior leaders.
- Drive Business Reporting / Analytics
- Map business asks to platform features and Salesforce best practices and advice Business teams / steer opinions towards best practices
- Help create measurable outcomes (both business and technology) and track them for approved programs
- Provide leadership reporting on business outcomes achieved on a periodic basis
- Help create technology solutions (along with a technical architect) for approved and business prioritized asks in smart and efficient ways as well as contribute to development plans for these
- Play and advisory role for technical teams on business context and clarify business processes for the Sales platforms as well as other key integrated P&C core platforms like Policy, Claims etc.
- Help with technology explorations for new ideas from business teams
- Help validate developed solutions / before these are presented to business and technology stakeholders in the client organization
- Be a change agent, helping evangelize strategies and drive tactics that lead to successful launch and adoption as new capabilities and features are launched
