Position Overview:
The Sales Force Effectiveness Strategy Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Mitsubishi HC Capital America's (MHCA) Sales Force Effectiveness strategy. These responsibilities include supporting the sales planning process, organic growth initiatives identification, monitoring of performance and other related activities across MHCA. This individual will also be responsible for working cross functionally with business leadership to drive MHCA's sales planning processes, including related competitive research, market analytics and presentation development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support business leadership with growth strategies and manage activities to establish and achieve organic growth objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute sales growth strategies (organizational structure, go-to-market approach, KPIs, headcount needs, training needs, etc.)
- Support sales team in preparing presentations for strategic meetings with partners (OEMs, dealers, etc.)
- Deliver commercial excellence in pipeline, forecast and reporting by delivering analytics and insights to sales leadership that results in meaningful improvement in segment level Sales Force Effectiveness KPIs
- Support sales team in technology adoption and optimization (CRM, Power BI) to streamline and optimize the sales process to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability.
- Support the executive team in pursuit of strategic organic growth opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate organic market expansion opportunities via economic, financial, and industry analysis, consistent with MHCA's strategy; prepare HQ white papers.

Qualifications:
- Experience in working with business leadership to develop, execute, and measure effectiveness of sales strategies for large multi-product specialty finance company, inclusive of product strategy/design, go to market approach, competitive positioning, and marketing communication.
- Experience working on sales organizational strategy and design, either through a top management consultancy, or through an internal strategy role.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable and efficient deriving insights from quantitative and qualitative information.
- Well versed in tools and practices used in business opportunity research and analysis.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including ability to develop strategic frameworks to facilitate decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to senior management.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to work with large cross functional teams in pursuit of common goals.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience
- MBA preferred.

- Salesforce CRM
- Power BI or equivalent BI tool(s)
Working Hours:
- Hours may vary and will require some evening work; frequently requires working 40-45 hours/week depending on business needs

- Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment
- Light lifting and carrying of supplies, files, etc.
- Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person
- Body motor skills sufficient to enable incumbent to move from one office location to another
