The Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the branding, community reputation, sourcing, selecting and onboarding of all new team members in the Reno Center at ITS Logistics. This includes developing new recruiting strategies, networking with professionals across the community and creating pipelines of talent from multiple sources.

The Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the branding, community reputation, sourcing, selecting and onboarding of all new team members in the Reno Center at ITS Logistics. This includes developing new recruiting strategies, networking with professionals across the community and creating pipelines of talent from multiple sources.
- Manage, lead and develop a team of high-performing talent acquisition professionals to accomplish recruiting goals to meet business needs for the Reno Center.
- Actively recruit for the mentality to be successful in the roles at the Reno Center.
- Partner with the Marketing team on the employee value proposition and employment branding including social media presence on various platforms.
- Participate in the vision, design and direction of the organization's career website.
- Create, nurture and maintain relationships with all partner universities to recruit and place students after graduation.
- Foster immediate connection of new recruits with existing team members to promote our culture and retention.
- Plan and execute events to engage the community, both in and out of the office, including collegiate recruiting, community partnerships, sponsorships and networking opportunities.
- Establish, maintain and monitor performance-based metrics to gauge the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process including the best candidate experience.
- Own the company reputation in the community and promote a positive employee experience.
- Directly contributes to ITS being a great place to work.
About the Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Requires 5+ or more years of experience in recruiting execution. 3+ years of supply chain or logistics industry experience may be substituted for training experience.
- Must have previous experience in leading and/or mentoring others.
- Requires a dynamic, outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to build deep relationships quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized and detailed-oriented.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to create and communicate short and long term visions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (includes platform presentation skills, meetings with employees and management and solid listening skills).
- Ability to influence and lead team members towards a common goal, managing team dynamics and providing development opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Solid skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote).
